Who is Jes Dakila?
In the
idyllic days of my youth, I would spend countless hours immersed in a world of
imagination, playing with dolls and adorning them with intricate gowns. The
allure of fashion and the transformative power of clothing had captured my
heart at a tender age. I would meticulously craft my own dresses, embellishing
them with delicate details, and proudly wear them to school, exuding a sense of
confidence and individuality that would left a lasting impression.
As the years went by, I pursued a practical path and ventured into the field of nursing, driven by a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Though I found fulfillment in caring for patients, there was a part of me that longed for the enchantment of the fashion world, the artistry that beckoned me. It became apparent that my passion for designing garments was too potent to be contained, as it held me back from fully embracing my chosen career.
With unwavering determination, I made the brave decision to follow my heart and pursue my true calling. I embarked on a new chapter in my life, studying fashion design in Fashion Institute of the Philippines to refine my skills and bring my creative visions to life. It was a leap of faith, fueled by a burning desire to create beautiful pieces and make a profound impact through my artistry.

Becoming a bridal
gown designer was a natural and heartfelt decision for me. The enchanting
